Eufy store did fine. The 3 solar panels (boxes) were shipped in a plastic bag and each box had corner damage of one form or another. However, despite the box damage, the panels on the inside and the contents stored below them were protected and worked well. Future orders from the Eufy store will occur...in the future.

too many network connectivity problem or camera unable to run 24/7

No protective wrapper around package inside shipping box. I am pleased with previously purchased cameras from Best Buy hope this is okay after install

got them quickly but they didn't pack the cameras well by putting a small box (with cameras) to get bounced around inside a bigger box without any packing !!!

I am so glad that I found eufy! I was using a popular brand that is not worth $20/piece. I finally decided to move on. My criteria was a good camera that has a local storage. I purchased two camera and I am astonished with the high quality views I get. The birds sound is so clear and I love the solar charging.
