Terrible customer service if you ever end up with one of their defective products. All they do is ignore you.

Disappointment that earlier product did not work as well. Offering a discount on a new model purchase that was already on sale was useless. Discounts didn’t work.

The failure rate on my cameras is disappointing. I absolutely love the product when it works, but it’s failure rate is getting out of hand.
