I never received my pump in the mail. I ordered it a few weeks ago expecting to be able to use it when my son is delivered but I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication from your company. I'll provide a better review when I receive the merchandise.

Doesn't give me a near solution

I bought the coupon to save $100, then Eufy posted a coupon code for $100 off for everyone…why did I even spend a $1. It’s not much but it’s the principle.

contacted eufy about issue with optical zoom being aimed to low and only got a notice of concern and thank you for the notification of issue. Zero resolution to the issue

Great security cameras. Setup was easy, and picture quality is fantastic!!. Using the phone app took a bit to get used to. The AI facial recognition is a bit of hit and miss. Overall great product.

Shipping was quicker than expected.

Easy to install over existing dinosaur floodlights. Loaded with features that I can't fathom ever using other floodlights going forward.
