Ordered a complete bed on 4 June and still no delivery over a month later. I called customer service several times and got one excuse after another. But still no bed and no idea when it will be delivered. Money back is also not possible! So do not believe the slogan "100 days try and return for free".

Excellent product
Original model really good but I recommend the model with pocket springs for those who have problems with heat (especially women). The Emma company replaced it for me and now we are really satisfied. I really recommend it, Great product, serious company.

Very disappointed
I bought the Emma pillow through the official website a while ago. The pillow was delivered to us with an open sanded box and the packaging of the pillow had tears in it. The pillow slept well but now this is different. When we first wanted to unzip the pillow we saw that a tooth was missing from the zipper at the top. The pillow we have then gelecht and by circumstances we could only later contact customer service. The entire zipper of the pillow is torn open and can not be closed anymore. In an email to the customer service we have the whole story explained but still no response. And we have now paid a lot of money for a broken product. In short, we were super excited but now absolutely not.

Nous sommes contents avec les oreillers emma. Mon mari a enlevé une couche car il était trop haut pour lui, pour moi cetait parfait. L'oreiller est agréable, peut-être un rien trop dur mais il ne se déforme pas et reste bien en place. Les dimensions inhabituelles (50×70) font quil est un peu compliqué de trouver des taies d'oreiller adaptées.

Nous avons acheté un matelas Emma car je souffrais de maux de dos. Depuis notre achat, je n'ai presque plus de douleurs durant la journée ( je suis infirmière mon dos est donc très sollicité au cours de la journée) et plus aucune douleurs au réveil. Mon compagnon et moi même sommes plus que satisfait pour la qualité du matelas, la rapidité du service et le coût raisonnable mais nous avons commandé lors d'une promotion.
