It arrived very soon after
It arrived very soon after ordering and I couldn't believe a queen size mattress would fit in the size box it was in. We opened it and laid the flattened mattress on the guest room floor to expand. Only took about 24 hours to fully inflate. Amazing! I also ordered the protective cover, and we're very happy with our so comfortable bed.

Great mattress and customer support
The mattresses we got were just too hard for my hips and my husbands back, sadly we needed to return them. They were great quality, just too hard for us. But the customer service is what truly shined for us. I live in a rural area and no 3rd party would come and pick up the mattresses, so I had to either find a way to donate it, or I could throw it away. I found a non profit in my town that I was able to donate the mattresses to and they went to a very deserving family who had been sleeping on thin futon mattresses. They were so appreciative the 4 yr old asked if she could give the lady a hug who delivered the mattresses. That was such a touching thing for me to hear, so thank you Emma Mattress for this option, because it truly mattered. I will recommend your mattresses to people because the company is quality all the way around.

Worth the wait
Finally the CliMax Hybrid arrived in time for Christmas it was worth the wait. My daughter & son-in-law LOVED the bed. They said it was very comfortable. I am glad it all worked out!
