Discontinued part meant that I had to buy whole assembly. Shipping took a week. Assembly worked to solve the problem, but at nearly 5X expense of the Discontinued part
The part that I needed was discontinued, so I had to buy the whole assembly (for 2 toilets). I ordered on a Tuesday. By Friday, status from Flushmate website still said pending. When I called to ask if I needed to find another source for the tanks, I was told that it had shipped but their website hadn't updated. I was given tracking information from UPS and found out that my package was still in Michigan, 3 days after order (I am in California. I was told that I could go to several retailers in California. I called them and checked their websites to find that the items that I needed were not in stock, or that they only had 1. I figured that they were in transit, so I would wait and hopefully they would be here Tuesday, after the Labor day Holiday. I ultimately received the package on Wednesday at 7 pm. The tanks fit, the install was easy, but at the expense of $372 instead of around $80 if the inlet tube hadn't been discontinued. Overall, the product has worked well over the years, I just wish that they hadn't discontinued the inlet tube and that the shipping wasn't so awful.

Everything came as ordered except for the newly designed top plate and new cable flushing mechanism (separate). I do hope they could at least acknowledge via email the order and shipping info so you're not just checking the mail box for 7-8 days straight.

Toilet was delivered on time
Toilet was delivered on time with all parts and works great. What a huge difference compared to the toilet it replaced!

I recently in August, 2025 a great purchasing experience with one of their sales representative while purchasing replacement the correct eflushmate toilet tanks for our hotel in the islands. The sales representative was courteous and very knowledgeable with the products that they sell and pleasant to work with throughout my purchasing experience. Kudos to eflushmate for your help in locating the correct replacement parts of our hotel in a timely manner. Shipping to my location was also FREE. Can't beat that for sure.
