Being able to use the parts lookup & find out what I actually needed was a real bonus on the site

The Rep. was friendly he should have informed me that the lever was to be reused for the new unit. He should have also informed me that a loosening and tightening tool could have been purchased at the online store if needed.

I regret ordering from Flushmate. I'm down to one toilet and my kids' are starting to lose their patience. I needed your help to determine what item I needed, but why it's taken over fourteen days to get my item I do not know. There was another supplier who had the same item at the same price, but offered next day delivery but since you helped determine what item I needed I gave you the business. When I inquired via email for to the tracking number and shipping date I was told you were waiting for me to respond with pictures to determine what product I needed. I had already provided this info on the September 2nd. The rep and tech who answered my initial call had already determined what I needed. Then, once shipped, I was never updated on the shipping date and tracking number until I emailed you on the 13th (I didn't get a response until the 15th). Now, I'm still waiting. According to UPS it's in a warehouse across the bay. Horrible internal communication and horrible communication with the customer. I will say the original rep that helped me, and the tech that determined what I needed were great. Things fell apart when I was transferred to billing and shipping.

Don't be intimidated the video is straight forward short to the point and not complicated. Alex with company made himself very quickly available and provide excellent understanding of any particular task of the installation I questioned. I called twice with the number he gave me very pleasant. My only complaint is the tank lock nut wrench doesn't come with the assembly. If you have channel locks with at least a 3-inch jaw bite that stays flat and parallel to each other you can use it to keep the nut resecure during tank installation; otherwise, they have a tool for around $10 that is a specialty tool designed for accomplishing this more efficiently so I would order it to at the time of purchase due to all orders have free shipping when $100 and over. I used two cheap wood paint stirrers to tighten the tank back in by clamping my hands and fingers like a claw. Just make sure it is secure I didn't worry about overtightening since we are talking about a waterless tank, unlike the shank just tighten the plastic shank nut more a little if you even get anything!
