Staff in store were helpful and knowledgeable. The range of products was great and we found exactly what we wanted. The installation was somewhat frustrating as he miscommunicated timings repeatedly, and damaged the doorframe, though the floor now looks great.

Excellent service from the staff at the Cannock branch. The carpet fitters were efficient and very quick considering the landing, stairs and lounge area were being done. The only gripe I have is with the delivery. The carpet rolls were too cumbersome to get through the front door so the delivery man left them on the drive and cleared off. This seems to be the common practice nowadays.

We’ve had a great experience with direct wood flooring- our joiner even asked where we got it from so he could tell his future customers! We had great service before we decided on which LVT to go for too. Couldn’t fault it! Just waiting to get the tiling done and then we’re finished in our dream kitchen!
