This is a review of the whole experience, not just the fittings. We bought the Oyster decking,25m2. From the Doncaster branch. Looked around at loads of different examples, and went into their showroom quite ambivalent, just another decking seller. How wrong. The guys there were excellent. Isaac was brilliant, So helpful, but above all, knowledgeable about their product. They really cared and that was a massive factor. We had a small issue, they resolved it instantly, it was not their fault. Delivery was really good, there’s a team here and you can see the ethos. The delivery guy was really helpful, a credit to the company. So, here we are weeks later, job done. I’m really impressed with the product, very easy to work with and easy to cut neatly. I baulked at the cost of the fasteners, which are silly money, but they certainly do the job and are precision made. Yes you could use screws, and yes you use screws with wooden decking, but the actual clips designed for the purpose, are brilliant. Bite the bullet, they are so good to use. Also, they don’t damage the decking, so removal is easy, and the boards are intact, if things change. So a big shout out to everyone concerned, and thanks all round.

Overall very impressed with the service and the product. My customer asked me to do a deck on a budget , I came across Dream decking and sent for a sample, quality was great for the price and there was a good selection of options. Very helpful staff online and on phone , big thanks to SHAUNA who was very helpful. Delivery was great no issues And the decking was consistently good throughout the install.
