We had a great experience from start to finish with Cliq Studios. Our cabinets were delivered with basically no damage, a little scrape on one of the drawer fronts that they replaced immediately. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend them!

Delaney Englert was awesome to work with as a designer. She was very easy to get hold of, quick to answer questions and resolve problems. Shipping took 6 weeks as promised and the cabinets look great! Everything came in one delivery and my installers had no issues to report. It's been 4 months now and functionally the cabinets really seem sturdy. Two smallish issues that kept me from giving 5 stars. I purchased cabinets in Charcoal and white. The white looks perfect! No complaints. The Charcoal paint immediately started to chip away. Nothing major yet, but there are a few tiny spots along the edge showing wood/white paint underneath. Also, I pre-paid $250 in extra fees to have the cabinets brought into my house. The guys were great and exhausted... I felt TERRIBLE when they told me they did not receive the money pre-paid. I mean... what could the extra charge be for if not for the additional manual labor? Next time just give it to the guys directly.

I am so thrilled that I found Cliq studios! From start to finish my experience has been amazing! My designer Julia always went above and beyond with communication and design and the end result is perfection! Customer service is responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. The quality and craftsmanship of these cabinets are far superior then what you are seeing out there at your local home improvement stores. I will now be redoing our built ins as well as bathrooms with them! Beyond thankful!

I purposely chose to pay more and work with Cliq to avoid a situation like the one we ultimately found ourselves in the middle of. While our final product turned out well, the process of getting to it was unacceptable. I just can't in good faith recommend this process to anyone else. It was incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I had to take multiple days off work to accept replacement cabinet deliveries. I placed my original cabinet order on May 4, 2019 for a total amount of $16,644.19. This order was lost by the carrier in shipment, which delayed our estimated delivery. When the order was finally found, many pieces were damaged and several were missing. We opened a claim for the damage on June 21 and submitted a detailed document reporting the damage on June 22. Cliq finally processed our replacement order on July 2. On July 9, the pieces missing from the original order were delivered, and several of those were also damaged. I submitted a detailed damage report on July 10. That order was not processed by Cliq until July 17. When that order finally arrived, one of the replacements shipped was the wrong size and another piece was damaged. So I then submitted a third detailed damage report on July 29. Finally, one month later on August 28, we received our order. The entire process was messy, delayed and frankly, incredibly disappointing considering the investment we made. Our kitchen renovation was delayed by several months because of Cliq's inability to ship undamaged and correct items. While we appreciated working with our designer, once we were moved to working directly with customer service to resolve issues, folks were friendly but didn't seem to care that our experience was going downhill fast. At one point I asked my customer service rep for a phone number to speak to a manager and was told she could only provide the general customer service phone or email address and forward a message on. With all of the issues we had, I felt like that was an unacceptable ...

It has taken 16 months to get job finalized!!! Multiple items damaged, during installation. After week two, installer was coming just a couple of days a week, for several hours. Rushed and damaged, put cabinets and cabinet fronts in wrong area. Had 3 sets of prints enlarged so there would be no confusion. His excuse was they had him working on 6 jobs at the same time. Today, my dishwasher installation was finally fixed! Had no dishwasher through Thanksgiving, Christmas . . . till now! They sent the wrong doors for Lazy Susan replacement 6 times! Yes, had Regional Manager, CTG Customer Care Specialist (a joke), the VP of installation on the email loop, all the time! Did not matter. Have never experienced this little regard for customer support from any company. Will never, ever recommend!!!

Totally inept customer service. No follow up. Orders delayed or not shipped and twice they have shipped the incorrect size panel for a side cupboard. The cabinets have only been in since Thanksgiving and already multiple chips in the wood. It has been an extremely frustrating and unhappy experience for us.

I'm incredibly happy with our cabinets, however they shipped part of our order damaged so we could not finish a major part of our kitchen. We still don't have the complete order, and it was supposed to ship out earlier this week - and nothing. We haven't heard when it will come, and it is slated to be FOUR weeks delayed. I can't believe the lack of communication and mismanagement from this company; I get better information from Target.com paper towel orders. Absolutely disappointed with this company.

We remodeled our kitchen mostly by ourselves which made the customer service at cliqstudios that much more important. Between me and my husband we had what felt like a dozen calls with Jason S. He was patient and did a thorough job explaining everything every time. When putting together our design packet he even added extra details to really help us understand what our new kitchen would look like. This was super helpful because we tore down walls and completely reconfigured our kitchen as you can see in the before and after pictures they look nothing alike. The quality of the product for the price was also amazing. Even our countertop installer mentioned how great the quality was and had no concern about them holding up. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use them again.

Had an excellent design experience with CliqStudios. I ended up going with a local custom cabinet company due to so some specialty items I needed, but otherwise would have gone with CliqStudios.

Had a wonderful experience working with Vanessa. She took my ideas and created a beautiful design. The price was substantially lower than what the big box store quoted. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!

These cabinets are so much better than what the kitchen previously had. I like the classic, clean look to them. And the service received during the shopping, purchasing and receiving process was very good.

I just got done working with Nicole V. a designer from Cliq for our project and she was so helpful! Having never done a remodel let alone kitchen cabinets I had no clue where to start. She was very detailed, professional and helped me through the process. Very satisfied!

We are completely satisfied with our cabinets. They everything we hoped for: well built, functional, and quality in every way. Amy's design help was very useful to us. We will certainly recommend Cliq to anyone we know looking for cabinets. If there was a downside, I'd say we bought too much trim, but that's not you fault. We also bought too many 2x4s and screws. I'm remodeling an investment property and order these cabinets. Once ordered, I noticed they had the incorrect phone number, so I called them to update it. Then, my cabinets shipped & weeks went by without hearing anything. I called them to figure it out and was given the number of the carrier. I called the carrier and turns out, they had the wrong phone number for me. Once my cabinets were delivered, all the boxes were in great shape - no dents or rips. Over the next 2 days I installed them and realized 3 of them were damaged - 1 had a crack on the door and corner, 1 the cabinet fave was pulling off the frame & the other had a crack in the cabinet face - and 1 was missing. Also, one of the panties didn't come with the materials to make the box it needs to stand on (the other one did), I was told this is something they don't send out. The contractor is expected to build one on site. I let them know right away and all 4 replacements were said to ship in 7-14 business days, it took 17 business day - which doesn't seem like a big difference but when you include non-business days, it was about a month until I received them. The cabinets themselves are good quaility, there were a couple spots where a staple missed it's Target and a new one wasn't used. There were a few gobs of glue pooled up in the back corner and many strings of glue "floating" on the inside of the cabinets. The soft close door & drawers work great, very smooth. Lastly, they look great installed. Bottom line, would I purchase these again for another project? Yes, I would. The designer was of great assistance and made numerous wonderful ideas. The quality for the price is pretty good (these were only 10% more than the RTA cabinets, which would have taken hours to put together and materials i.e. nails, glue etc.). The quality control could be tightened up a bit. No company is going to operate flawlessly, but the great ones do right by the customer when issues arise - which is exactly what they did. I w...

I went with Cliq because the design was the most creative of any of the companies I worked with, and because the price was the most competitive. And overall, I am very happy with the finished product. I t looks great and I get compliments from everyone who sees it!
