Very disappointed!
Initially we were pleased with the designer and cliqstudio's customer service. The designer was fantastic to work with and cliqstudio replace three of the cabinets that were damaged in shipping without much trouble. Since we planned well in advance the extra time it took us to get the replacement cabinets worked out okay. However... First, when we received the last replacement cabinet for the oven we noticed that the paint of the new cabinet did not exactly match the paint of the other cabinets. The light grays are slightly different from each other. Because we were pretty tired from a whole house remodel we decided to live with the slight color difference and move on. Secondly, using the kitchen since November of last year we have become increasingly concerned about the quality of the paint on the cabinets. We are two adults who use a kitchen gently. We are noticing more nicks and scratches, it seems the paint nicks easily and the touch up paint simply does not match the color of the cabinets. Today however broke the camel's back. The entire front of the trash cabinet came OFF IN MY HAND. It turns out there are just four screws and NO glue holding the front panel to the cabinet. More importantly the front panel looks like it is made of a rather poor quality MDF (particle board?). Around the threads of the screws part of the MDF was still attached and literally crumbled to dust when I touched it. I have placed a call to customer service and hope I will hear back soon. No clue how to fix this issue. Considering all the issues and the extra time; the shipping problems, the color difference and now the front flying off the cabinet after 8 months of very gently use I don't think I can recommend these cabinets to anyone. I would look elsewhere.

The designer was great. product is super. The only problem was they sold me a vent hood extension I didn't need. it took a couple of months to get a hold of someone. My designer said they have been bought out, talk to customer service. they said sorry old company went out of business. which is it? Am I stuck with a brand new stainless steel extension I can't use. (still in original packaging) they can easily sell it to someone else. Brian D.

These girls did a fantastic job on the design and fixed a miss measure on my part. When back in and changed. Best prices. Lowe’s or Home Depot could not come near. Would use again.

Nicer and earlier than expected!
We are extremely happy with the cabinets we recently purchased for a wet bar from Cliq Studios. Our designer, Stacey, was friendly and knowledgeable and assured us that the cabinets were great quality. As we picked one of the more popular styles and it was a busy ordering time for them, we were told that it would take about 8 weeks for our cabinets to arrive. We were surprised when only four weeks later we received an email saying they were on their way. Everything came as promised and our wet bar looks amazing! I don't have the countertop in yet, or I would have posted a picture.

Dream Kitchen Come True!
love these cabinets!! only complaint is they ding/dent easier than hoped (doesn't help with a toddler running around). would highly recommend these to anyone and everyone!! thank you so so much for making my dream kitchen a reality.

Nothing but disappointment
I placed our order for kitchen cabinets on November 18, 2019. The cabinets arrived in two separate deliveries due to a "back order" of the upper cabinets in early January. These were shipped to our Mena, AR address and we were charged $275 for "rural delivery". Upon inspection, we could easily see that we received cabinets of two different finishes and the packing slip confirmed two different stain colors. Also, the order was short several items and we observed damages to corners and separation at the joints of the cabinets. We contacted Cliq immediately and they assured us they would have a replacement order shipped within 14 business days - and to "just keep the wrong ones". On day 14, I had to contact Customer Service and was told there was a quality issue with our replacement cabinets, they needed to be reproduced and that the tentative re-replacements would be sent "around March 2" but couldn't guarantee a delivery date. IF and when we actually receive these cabinets, it will be 4 months after the original order. To add insult to injury, based on previous BBB complaints, there's about a 90% chance we will need to return them piece by piece due to damages or defects. I have posted this review on FB and their Social Media PR person keeps trying to tell me that the Director of Customer Service has been trying to reach me, which is a lie. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. After all this, I will demand a full refund if/when our $13,000 cabinet order doesn't meet our expectations.

Love our new kitchen
Delaney Englert helped us with the design of our new kitchen. This condo is our mountain home and we don't need a super large kitchen with all the usual bells and whistles. I did want lots of drawers, as well as room for a GE Speedcook/Microwave combo and a 2 burner induction cooktop. We did have a few issues with the cabinetry, all of which were handled either by settlement with our contractor (paid for by Cliqstudios) or for which Cliqstudios sent replacement pieces. The only disappointment I had was that the pull out trash drawer has predrilled holes for some other use--and there was nothing provided to fill the holes, so it looks unfinished and probably will accumulate dirt over time. I did get several custom cabinets in my order, as well as the special sink base with all the bells and whistles. Overall, the price was good and the delivery, etc. worked out fine for us. I think the pictures speak for themselves (but I don't see a way to attach them).

Do NOT trust the time frame
I placed my order on 11/27/19 as I needed my cabinets to arrive at the home I own in DC while I was going to be there working on the house from 12/27-1/21. Given their 4-6 week time window, I thought I would be absolutely fine--I even had a 1.5 week buffer! Long story short, I began to panic when I had not heard anything a month out. I emailed customer service over 10 times, called them--every time I was given a different answer for delivery dates--1/8, 1/10, 1/17. They came on 1/20 at 9pm at night (8 weeks after my order was placed)--and that was ONLY because the 3rd party delivery service they use took pity on my plight and drove straight to my house in DC. CliqStudios issued me a $275 refund for the delay, which I explained in no way made up for the fact that I had to pay a contractor $2400 to install my cabinets (and tile my kitchen floor floor, as the cabinets held up work on the entirety of the kitchen project). I also had to fly back to DC to meet with Home Depot on a separate trip to get my countertops installed. All in all, Home Depot would have been cheaper in the long run--I wish I would have gone with them. The cabinets are beautiful--I would ONLY recommend them if you in no way have any expectations for timeliness.

Tim Hammond was awesome to work with in doing design, pricing, sending options and answering questions. Our delivery was shipped on time but the carrier was not as reliable and hard to get a hold of to schedule delivery. When we got them, there were issues with doors being marked and one cabinet box was cracked so we had to reorder. We reordered within a week and were supposed to get the new cabinet in about 2 weeks and we didn’t get it for 7 weeks! We were at a complete stand still - it impacted so much that we couldn’t move forward without the one cabinet. Now that it’s done, we are pleased with the final product. We installed them just fine. Wood and soft close features are great.

Quality seems just as good as what we got from custom order at a kitchen design store a few years ago (different house). Very pleased as this was more affordable and still very customizable!

Horrible Service
The company got back to me very quickly and provided me with a designer. This designer was provided my design plans not once, but twice. She asked for it three times. She created a design. For me that was clearly flawed. I tried explaining this to her three times. Instead of clarification on both ends, she just designed the kitchen with this flaw. By my third email trying to clarify the issues she decided that I was not being "civil and needed to calm down." I have no idea where any of this came from as my emails were not rude in the slightest and I informed the designer that I need to meet with my general contractor to knock down some walls and that I would get back to her. I have never had any kind of bad customer service like this. I was clear, concise, and responsive in everything I wanted for my kitchen. I am so angry that his is how they let designers treat their customers. I emailed the company back to receiver a new designer. I hope they read the emails and talk with that designer because she needs customer service help and probably shouldn't be working for this company.
