My wife and I remodeled our kitchen ourselves, hiring out only the countertops. While it was largely because we have the knowledge and experience, the ultimate reason is because we have high standards and want to keep as much as we can in our own hands to ensure quality work. We had a vision for our kitchen, and when the first cabinet company we went to fell short of our expectations, we followed a recommendation that led us to CliqStudios. Our assigned designer was Nicole Stanley, and within 24 hours she, after listening to my wife’s description of our prospective kitchen, provided a design that captured our vision. We knew then that we were with the right designer, and as our experience unfolded, we learned we were with the best people and company we could have chosen for our design/cabinetry needs. Having four children five and under, my wife and I were in and out with Nicole for the next three months, sometimes taking a week or more to respond to her. She replied to us the following day every time, answering questions about anything from step stool cabinet sizes to glass options to moulding profiles. When we were finished volleying ideas and configurations and were finally ready to order, we told Nicole that we needed to see the product before spending tens of thousands, and she sent us to the brick-and-mortar studio nearest us. There, we met with Chris, who showed us the displays and allowed us to try the drawers and mechanisms and look closely at installation and mounting techniques. We took helpful photos that we referenced throughout our installation process, and Chris answered further questions about product and delivery, ensuring us that if anything was not to our satisfaction, it would be taken care of. We worked with Cathy for our kitchen design. She did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose the right layout and cabinets. The cabinets arrived on time. We had a few damaged cabinets that were replaced with very little hassle, though it did add a few weeks to the project. The customer service was great. We got hickory cabinets and were not pleased with the look of the veneered center panels on the the drawer and door faces. We contacted Cliq to see if there was anything that they could do to help. Chris Schultz contacted us promptly and offered to upgrade all the cabinet door and drawer faces free of charge to a solid wood center panel to give a more natural look. We were very impressed as they were under no obligation to do anything for us. We received the new cabinet faces and they looked much better. We are very pleased with the look that we have now. We had a fabulous experience with Cliq Studios! Our designer Delaney E. was very knowledgable and patient. She was detailed oriented and explained the process from measuring to delivery and installation very thoroughly. Delaney was always available for discussion and had great suggestions. We made an outrageous number of changes as our project progressed, but Delaney was always happy to make the adjustments without complaint or rushing us to decisions. And when the cabinets finally arrived, they were even better than expected! The cabinets are high quality, fit perfectly, and look beautiful. We had no difficulty with the installation as everything fit together exactly as we had planned. Cliq Studios was also very upfront and accurate with the time line for producing the product and delivery . I would definitely use Cliq Studios again in any future design project. Great product and great designer and customer service! Very pleased.

The designer we worked with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; the cabinets are very well made; and the cabinets arrived in just 10 days after I placed the order from a 1000 miles away in Texas. Definitely a five star experience.

Had a design idea for gallery style beverage area that I firmed up talking with Cliq-Studios designer Shannon B. She was very astute on the details of how to execute the design using the Signature Series cabinets we purchased! Every detail was considered and agreed upon. We ended up with a very nice price; production and delivery took just under four weeks! The delivery was in Cliq-Studio's box truck by Cliq-Studios employees: the same folks who built, packaged, loaded, delivered, and unloaded them. Probable the benchmark for industry standard for what an on-line business for the design, build (solid wood), quality and delivery of kitchen cabinets. Just impressive!

I am the owner of a custom cabinet and millwork company serving the national high end market. From a referral to Cliq Studios by a friend who was pleased with Cliq I reached out to Nicole Stanley for Cliq products for a farmhouse our family purchased in North Carolina. After providing Nicole the dimensioned drawings for a kitchen, laundry room, and master bath, in less than a week I received a package with door section samples with the finishes I selected along with 3D renderings! I line item quote was provided and the ordering design and ordering process was seamless thanks to Nicole. Her response time on all questions was immediate. The price I received was far less than I expected. I would recommend Nicole and Cliq studios highly. 5 star in my book.

Working with Natalie to design this kitchen was very easy, and the images that are provided to help visualize what it will look like are awesome. My kitchen looks just like the drawings. Our designer Nicole Stanley was absolutely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable of the products, very patient, and a pleasure to work with. Nicole was always available to assist us every time we called and adjusted the types of cabinets at least seven different times, the colors at least three times and even during the checkout process we were having issues she contacted IT staff to make corrections to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. This is the second time we have purchased from CliqStudios, but this time was even better than the last, we are a customer for life............. Almost finished our new kitchen that Tim designed, and found room to add some additional storage. Tim did a great job again and was able to help us get exactly what we needed. We never seemed to ask too many questions and his responses were incredibly quick.

We just finished install on our kitchen cabinets and overall are quite happy with the quality of the cabinets. However now that we are nearing the end of the install I am realizing things that the designer I worked with never asked us about and unfortunately are details that make the kitchen look sort of incomplete. I’m pretty disappointed because they were pretty straightforward (1. asking whether we had a counter or standard depth fridge - she didn’t ask and just added a counter depth fridge to the plan for the side panel- ours is standard but the codes on the quote are difficult to interpret and I missed this detail 2. Asking if we wanted light rails- now we’re wrestling with how to hide the lights but she never even mentioned this as a trim option), but this was my first time remodeling a kitchen and I didn’t even know about these details- I was relying on my designer to ask the right questions. So overall the cabinets are great but I thinkers attention to detail would have been really helpful

I was so impressed working with our designer, Minda. The level of professionalism was first rate! The service, knowledge and helpfulness really impressed me. It didn't matter how many questions I had or how many changes or revisions I wanted to make. She also made suggestions so that I could keep to my set budget. Always courteous and eager to help. I also liked the diagrams and layouts showing the exact measurements, details, and photos of what my new cabinets would look like. Minda was efficient and fast in responding in every step of the way. Damaged cabinets and horrible customer service! I don't ever right reviews but consumer beware.... I had worked with a designer to design my new kitchen. The design process was simple and lovely. My cabinets shipped in the estimated amount of time but when they arrived I had several damaged pieces. Unfortunately the one piece was the lazy susan which my contractor had to work around to start the install. They informed me that it would take several weeks to construct the pieces and then ship out. I was given a run around. Not only were the 3 pieces damaged every cabinet has cracks at seems that my contractor had to try to cover up. I was told after weeks of waiting that my replacements were just in paint and would ship out soon then when I called back a few days later I was told that their was a supply shortage to the materials to build the cabinets. How is that possible if it was in paint already & now it's not even built? They lied, gave me the run around and promised to call back after each conversation and didn't. I kept having to call for updates. Leave messages and no response. The only time they became responsive was when I disputed my charge. Dispute was settled and I was only credited for the 3 damaged cabinets. Nothing for the 2 month delay, all the cracks and the cost I paid to my contractor to rebuild those 3 cabinets. It ended up costing me thousands of dollars more and I have cabinets with cracks in them. I do not recommend this company. Do your research and don't end up disappointed in the position I was in.
