I brought online without trying anything on first, it felt risky but having the clothes on real people and their size gave me a great indication on how it would fit on my body - extremely helpful. Annoying that they remove items from the website so a shopping cart or a wish list that had 10 items in it today only has seven items in it tomorrow. Hate that. Also would be great if they stopped putting the models’ hair in front of them when taking photos. We’re not buying hair, we’re buying the dress and there was one top in particular where there was not one single photo where you could see how the top sat at the shoulders because it was covered by hair in every photo. I know there are photos of the item on its own but it would be great to have at least one photo of someone wearing it without hair obscuring what the item looks like on. Time for a new photographer, I think.

I used to be able to buy online and never had issues , online used to be great as I lived rural , more often than not if I buy online I have to return instore which they are always helpful but it’s time and petrol I don’t have , second think before I buy now
