Saved myself $1000 is repairs from the dealership. Bought the part online for $20 vs $700 at the dealership service department. Local mechanic installed for $100. This website is the onnnly redeeming quality of Kia in my eyes at the moment.

Replacement Scissor Jack
I needed to replace the jack for my 2018 Kia Sorrento after it was stolen. Kia had the part and shipped them quickly. Prices were very high but at least I have the correct jack in my vehicle.

Website ordering process great, delivery not as promised
Website ordering was great, calling in and service recieved was great. However order placed on 1st as expedited expected 8th or 9th, was not even picked up by canada post until the 13th due to my inquiry call. Also recieved scam text messages impersonating CanadaPost Express shortly after placing order
