Ordered on Monday. Paid 80$ extra for fast delivery . FedEx was called on Monday, but 7 days after, fedex had not picked up the part… I know it is not you fault, but you only offered 40$ off, although I paid an extra 80$ to get the part within 3 days !

It's unlikely you'll find a better deal than this Kia Store as long as you pick up in person (Shipping cost is super expensive). They process orders quickly and dilingetly.

On the website, it said it would fit my 2024 Kia Seltos LX, but when I received the item, I found that it doesn't fit. When I called customer service, they told me it doesn't work with my model.

Poor communication. You asked for a VIN and I guess I never got it fast enough and I received a rude email saying they are sending the filter and if it’s wrong I have to pay for shipping it back. I replied with the ViN and asked if I was too late but I didn’t get a response. Shipping was also more than the filter. It was shipped in padded envelope that was too small. The box was crushed so not only do I have no idea if it’s the right filter but no idea if it’s functional. Last time.
