It was my first time buying online from kia parts and I was very happy with the price ,was cheaper for me ordering myself and just having to pick it up. only issue I have with this location is the parking. . very few spots available and they are usually all taken from people in your showroom and the service department parks cars there also.

Kiagenuinepartsdirect. com was completely legit Kia dealer in Toronto 2222 danforth. Competitive pricing fair shipping and quick shipment. I was able to phone and talk to a parts guy to aid in finding a part that was poorly listed. Usually parts guys I have dealt with in the past a crabby and unwilling to help. That was not the case with this Kia dealer. The parts guy was very pleasant to deal with.

Have not received the part as of yet. For some reason, my part is being sent to me via Canada post even though the seller knows they are on strike. Who knows where my part is at this point. Unhappy
