I received the correct parts, on time, and fast.

I paid overnight shipping but part almost took a week to arrive. I’m not happy with the service.

Still have not received product. I tried to justify for awhile because of hurricane’s, but apparently they didn’t have any affect on the area. So, I have had great success with this company in the past but, it’s been not quite a month for products that they supposedly had in stock. I will more than likely still purchase from these guys as they have a decent product but this is pretty bad this time. They have not communicated on this at all so I am going to have to give them a 1 this go round.

I ordered a black M tag for my X5 and after paying for it, I got an e-mail saying it was not in stock. And, the company put a hold on the money as if they had it and was going to mail it right away. I was surprised to see the tag in the color black, with clearly a different item number than the chrome tag, but then was told by mail a day later that it was not available at this time. I was offered to buy the chrome tag, but did not want that one. Just a bit disappointed.

I needed some parts for my daughter's Mini and it was better to directly order those instead of asking a local dealer. Huge catalog, genuine parts, great price, delivery a bit expensive, but overall good deal. Thanks

These folks are the internet face of a normal dealer parts counter. If there’s a potential issue, they write and see how you want to deal with it.

I know my part numbers and ship to dealership. Availability and transit time is often 3 days. If part is coming from Germany I get call from my parts department to confirm I want to wait. The discount varies but certainly helps on quality BMW parts.
