Three weeks after placing my order, I still haven’t received it. Tracking of the package stops a week ago. When I try to call you, either no one answers or I get put on hold and forgotten.

I ordered 2 parts and only 1 shipped. I called to let company know I was missing a piece and I was told a new one will be shipped. Never received and no email with tracking

The parts arrived on time and amazingly not damaged even though @Fedex did their best to destroy them.

i have been waiting for over a month now for my part that i have already paid for. no information as to why i still don't have it or where it is

After ordering the part I was informed when it took too long to come in but it was on back order and it would be shipped out as soon as it was available. It was not until after it was taking too long to arrive when I was informed that there was going to be a delay.

I had to return it because it didn't fit my car and I haven't received my refund yet
