Delighted with our slimline wood burner style bio fire. The flame is attractive and just the right amount of heat for our room (11ft x 11ft). It’s a bonus that you can turn it off when you want too. Would recommend the handheld lighter as you have to get quite close to the liquid to light it and I found that long cooks matches weren’t quite long enough.

The fire was delivered promptly and is easy to assemble. Bit of a learning curve to adjust flame height but all works well The fire gives out more heat than expected - warms the whole downstairs.

I was concerned that the flame was small, i phoned the showroom who were very helpful and informative. I think because i was used to a log fire in the past, i expected this to be the same. It is lovely to hear the “ plopping” sound of the flame and was surprised at the heat given. We are unable to have a flue fitted, so this is the best we can have. I love the look of the fireplace, sets off our living area and has become a centre of attraction. Thank you Biofires.

I like this scent. We just put a few drops on to stones of the cube burner and it’s really effective. Great customer service too.

Although the style of the fireplace is great, the product itself is faulty. Having moved into a new home, it took me a while to finally open the package. When I did, the fire insert - which was well packaged/fully protected - had a dent in the top left hand corner which is visible for all to see. I'm really gutted as it's an expensive item. I'd advise opening the product immediately to avoid disappointment

Decent smelling oil. Not sure how much like a blazing wood fire it is but it's pleasant. One or two drops needed - more may be overpowering.

We bought this a week ago, extremely happy with the looks and heat it gives out, we do have an open kitchen, dining room and lounge which suits this fire. Service was excellent throughout the process.

Easy to use; No smoke, zero fumes Ecologically friendly; No waste, no mess etc. with lovely hypnotic flame.

The fireplace is enhanced by the realistic look of these ceramic logs.

Lovely product as described, however the pictures on the product page are a bit misleading - the fire itself does not look so good or go so high! However, if you are aware of that this is a great product. Looks great in our old victorian fireplace.
