I can't rate the cylinder XL enough. Truly amazing and gives off more heat than I had expected. The coal and aroma gives it an extra special feeling.

Outstanding fire that is an elegant and impressive feature in any room. Swift delivery due to being a British company based in London with professional staff on hand to assist over the phone where necessary. Very easy to assemble, we had this up and running in no time. A full litre of oil will give just over 2 hours of burn time which is more than enough to heat any room. And heat does it give!? Yes! Incredible temperatures welcomed. Especially on a cold winter’s night. No fuss, no cleaning and no smell. It’s the perfect addition to any room in your home! Would highly recommend. We love ours!

The Vermont Fire is modern yet traditional, perfect for a large stone fireplace in a 400 year old cottage. The logs are beautifully representative of the real thing; much better than one would see elsewhere. I highly recommend the company for whatever your requirements. They will tailor your need and look after you very well.

This fire is amazing. A great alternative to to log burner, which we had considered, so easy to use & gives out just tge right amount of heat. Customer service was excellent too, we were called to ask the delivery date was suitable & although we had a small item missing, it was sent immediately by 1st class post & arrived the following day. Would definitely recommend both the fire & Biofires. com.

Great fire warmer than I thought it would be and looks fantastic get lots of compliments

I wondered why more people didn't have these amazing fires, it turns out that all our visitors didn't know that they existed. I visited the shop off Kensington High Street, got great advice and ordered from the website. The fire was very good value, is stylish and easy to use. Gives off a lot of heat and costs about £3 in biofuel per evening. It can be moved to wherever you want in the house. I did buy a large glass chopping board to put underneath it in case of damage to my wooden floor. I love that it’s a healthy real flame fire. There’s no smoke to inhale, but it’s a lovely real flame with a lot of heat.

It has made our redundant Victorian fireplace a warm and welcoming centrepiece - very easy to install (just plonk it into the grate) and use

Ordered 2 very pleased with design of fires they look great in my victorian fire places. Great customer service delivered within few days or order. Burn time is not great 2 hours if you have fully open for best effect and warmth.

Brought a few things from bio fires now and I absolutely happy with my purchases. They make my home feel cosy and look amazing when ive got them lit.
