Just placed this in our open plan lounge- really looks the part along with our various Asian pics. Not a huge amount of heat but that’s not the rationale for the purchase. Simply looks fantastic even when unlit and completes the space.

I’m absolutely over the moon with the bio fuel fire I just got. So easy to set up, easy to light and the heat it generates is amazing. No smell, smoke or fumes and no detriment to the environment. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for alternative ways to heat a room.

Delighted with this stove. Recommend purchasing the fibre glow to create a very realistic effect. By adjusting the sliding cover I have achieved 7 hours burning time . This stove not only looks attractive it also provides ample heat . Excellent customer service . Thank you.

I bought it for my daughter in Edinburgh, she is very happy pleased with it. I ordered it on a Friday it arrived the next day, the service was in interaction was fabulous.

Great product.

Fire arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Simple to use and instructions very clear. 1 litre of fluid noted as 3/4 hours burn but in reality about 2. 5 hours! Also fuel is cheaper from other sources. Overall very pleased as the heat output is better than I expected.

Not often something is as good as the pictures, this is just perfect. I was a little worried about the colour as i wanted cream but couldnt source, however this colour is lovely. The fuel lasts as advertised and it makes a stunning centre piece. I had made an initial error when ordering and i have to say what exceptional customer service in resolving. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stove. Looks stunning in our dining room. Gives off a nice gentle warmth but more importantly a lovely ambience and focal point to the room. Customer service is first class too.

We hesitated a lot about whether a biofire would be the correct thing for us. We have real woodburners in a number of rooms but couldn’t fit one in one key room. My visit to the London showroom reassured me and we went ahead. Unfortunately the fire arrived with a missing log and a broken one. Biofires have been great to deal with, apologised immediately and replaced the items by return of post. We are so pleased with the fire. It is the best quality one that we have seen from any supplier. The effect of the fire is really convincing and it throws out a lot of heat. The other thing we like is that the fire sounds like a log fire and with the aroma oils the effect is impressive. It is rare to be completely delighted by a purchase but we have been really impressed and blown away with the product and the service from Biofires.
