Their ideal growing, milling, and bottling conditions are unsurpassed for complete overall benefits. I especially appreciate the high polyphenol counts for health and medicinal aspects. I have implemented many of their varieties for both health and flavor purposes. I recently tried Sierra and found it ideal for both a health and flavor profile. It has a high polyphenol count without being too spicy and is balanced with a very flavorful non-irritating taste to the palate. For me it is reminiscent of a mild arugula taste with a hint of artichoke. I am feeling that it is more of an overall be-all for my preferences. No wonder it is a perennial Gold Medal winner! I seriously can't find a better olive oil company than Appollo. I tell other about you and started to give as gifts. I have tried others thinking they might be better. They are not!! I keep coming back! I like to use your Salute for my base olive oil and your others as treats! Can you give me feedback on the plastic you use in the 1.32 gal size. I have bought this in the past, did not feel like the flavor ever changed, just concern about the plastic leaching into the olive oil. Thanks for making such great Olive Oils! Yours truly gives uniqueness to the palate!
