Mistral olive oil is perfect for me. The taste is wonderful and I have to confess that I use it all the time now!! The color and bouquet are also quite beautiful. This Is a full bodied taste however if anyone is put off by the deeper flavors of some of the others then I would suggest that they try Mistral. I also recently drizzled my new Coratina olive oil on a simple salad and it was delicious !

I grew up in California but live in Virginia now. Such a long ways from the beautiful fields of the Golden State. But this oil arrives usually within the week and packaged to perfection. Very pleased!
