The olive oi is delicious, but it seems I always get delivered the previous season's oil - I just received oil from the Fall of 2023. I need to remember to request the most recent harvest from now on. I purchase Apollo olive oil specifically for its freshness and high polyphenol content which I am sure decreases over time. David
