Although not the initial one I wanted, your company worked with me and found an original full paper for date needed. And the presentation box. My son received in time and he loved it. They had a party for him and my gift to him was proudly displayed on a table with some pics and cake. Thank you for your tiredless efforts in making such a memorable moment for a very special son on his bday!

The staff members were very communicative, but ultimately were unable to deliver a local or even a regional newspaper to fulfill my order, which was very important to me. They default to the NYT rather than doing real research. That works fine for most people, but my recipient is the son of a former newspaper editor. For the cost, I expected better research skills and results. I opted to cancel my order rather than settle.

The newspaper is exactly what we wanted, and came very quickly. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the tape holding it to the cardboard was heavy and so heavily on the plastic in which the paper was wrapped, that there was no way to take it off without tearing the plastic, so the protective plastic looks lousy. It should be packed with more thought.

My clients loved the newspaper, the showed all their friends, it was a huge hit. I send them all the time.
