Great service, on time and friendly drivers

Service was great. From the office to the drivers to the car. Everything was really good.

My driver was excellent. Pick-up was on time, the ride was smooth, and I arrived at my destination with no hassle. Entirely satisfied with the transaction, and I'll call American Coach Limo next time I travel.

We had an unexpected need to transport some high level program participants from one pick up location to two drop off locations and repeat the trip in reverse the next morning. Oliver and his team made it happen while being quite flexible and accommodating during the process.

Had to call last minute due to hurricanes in Florida. Nice, considerate and got there with short notice, less than 24 hours. For sure using them on the return flight

I have used ACL about 5 times. They arrived on time (and often a little early). The cars have all been clean and the drivers polite and friendly.

On time and a pleasant ride

I often use AC for my transportation to and from the airport. The car was a bit late than I have ever had. However, the driver was hospitable. I didn't have an electronic copy of my receipt. When I called to request one they apologized and sent a receipt. The representative informed me that at that time the system was down.

My driver was excellent. Early so that we got to the airport in plenty of time around 4:45 am and enjoyed talking with her. I always appreciate and enjoy traveling with American Coach Limo.

Professional, friendly, service, with nice clean units

Recently used American Coach Limousine service on a recent trip to Chicago. It was a great experience and the customer service representative was courteous and very helpful in assisting me choose the best car for my needs at the best price. Our driver was great and I would definitely use this service again.

I give my driver A 4 1/2. He was at my home early. Drove very well not fast and crazy like some driver do
