After a poor service experience on the phone yesterday I called back today, initially planning to cancel my reservation. I was greeted on the phone by Kaitlyn who was professional, respectful and even apologetic for the experience I had the day prior (which she had nothing to do with). She readily reviewed my prior reservation, made the necessary adjustments and was patient and polite the entire time. This was a company I have happily used for years and after yesterday was ready to call it quits. Kaitlyn's service excellence renewed my faith in the way the company operates and made me comfortable with keeping my reservations with them.

The driver arrived right on time and was dressed in a professional manner. Rob introduced himself and confirmed the reservation. He took the luggage from the front door and loaded the vehicle. The car was immaculate. Rob helped my wife and I into the vehicle. He proceeded to the airport driving safely and professionally. He responded politely and appropriately to conversation. Upon arrival at the airport, Rob unloaded the vehicle and helped us on our way. The entire experience was terrific.

Our driver (August 24th) arrived
Our driver (August 24th) arrived promptly, and was dressed very professionally. His vehicle was clean and he was very helpful in loading our luggage, etc. We have found, with only minor exceptions, that American Coach is a dependable way to get to and from the airport. We plan to continue our patronage.
