Great service

We have used American Coach Limousine for two of our family vacations with grandchildren and parents. Each time we have gone from Suburban Chicago to O'hare with ease & promptness. The vehicles have been clean, comfortable and roomy enough for all of us with luggage. The drivers are very courteous and helpful. Definitely will use again.

Great service

Driving No Show For Airport Ride - Charged Anyway - three phone calls still cannot get refund

Have used for years, had my first "no show" (dispatch claimed driver was on their way but was well past pick up time), but was charged anyway. Have called three times over the last month to get refund, was told they need to talk to mgmt, but still no refund, no return call and no email/customer service access to contact directly. If anyone at American Coach mgmt reads this (as no other way to contact you after multiple attempts) would appreciate if you would look into my issue from 6/25/24.

Dependable, Clean, Professional

Great service! You can count on them being at the right place at the right time. The drivers are very courteous and, the dispatch/customer service is very efficient. Who I trust the most for business trips, when travel hiccups are not an option.

Conf#18849106, Had Leticia as driver, on return trip, glad to see a hispanic female, filling a position. Very cordial and respectful. Horrible Service and Unauthorized Charges on my Credit Card

Driver was on the phone the entire time and distracted during unloading. Our jackets were in the trunk of the vehicle. Our driver drove off with our belongings and Courtney, the manager’s solution is that we pay for shipping of our coats or pay for the driver to drive them to us. Their customer service is terrible. Update: they charged my card $65 to ship my coats back. I did not authorize the charge nor did anyone touch base with me to confirm I wanted them shipped, so I encourage you to question yourself if you feel safe with a company that takes liberties with your credit card information.

Failed on pickup, yet charges in full

This is in regard to Conf# 157582759: This trip on 9/25/2021, with requested pickup at 14:30 at Sophy Hotel was not completed at all. Your texting system was down, I received no communication (no text, no call) about whether the driver is coming at all. The driver did not show up at the hotel. The hotel has a carport to pull in, by the way, where all the limos and cars pick up and drop off. We were waiting in the hotel lobby and then went outside periodically from about 14:10. I tried calling you, starting around 14:15, to see what was going on, the calls did not go through. I called 12 times, 4 different numbers, 3 of them did not even ring, the 3rd one that was where the text messages usually come from, went through, but there was a recording saying that a voicemail has not been set up for this number. My husband also called from his phone several times, couldn't get connected. We have phone records to prove this. It looked like your phone and text systems were all down so we had no way of knowing whether you guys even sent a car. We were outside in front of the hotel, to see if there is a black car coming, but saw nobody. Nobody called or approached us at all. I personally was outside for quite a while, trying to call you, so if the driver was anywhere in sight, he should have seen me there, fighting with my phone. Yet nobody called, nobody yelled, nobody indicated in any way that there was a car around for us. It was already past 14:30 and we needed to leave, so we called an Uber. Your representative called 15 minutes later, when we were already on our way in the Uber car, telling me that you want to charge me full because the driver was there. This is completely unacceptable, as the driver was not at the pickup place (Sophy Hotel) and you failed to communicate with me in time. If you were able to call me 15 minutes after the pickup time passed, you should have been able to call me earlier to let me know that the driver was somewhere in the area, as your represe...

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I regularly use AC for all transportation need in the city and traveling out of town. The last 2 expericence were very disappointing. 1st time was early August this year driver very rude, didnt want to assist with luggage( 2 passangers myself and mom) didnt open doors and wasnt even dressed professionally. 2nd was early September 9/3 to be exact driver was late which was fine when he arrived parked on opposite side of street so I had to carry all my bags across the street when parking was available. I was not assisted with my bags and I was traveling with a child so I had a car seat and stroller NO HELP. He sat the seat in the car and expected me to install it too. He proceeds to tell me he is a subcontractor and doesnt even come to the south side and is it SAFE REALLY!!!!!! The whole ride which was only to Downtown Chicago for a staycation btw about how he owns his own company and has several drivers that drive for him.......PLEASE DO NOT EVER GIVE MY SERVICE TO A SUBCONTRACTOR!!!!! Or I will have to take my business else where. SHORT TRIP THE WORST TRIP SHOULD'VE UBERED CAR DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT, DRIVER NOT HELPFUL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DIDN'T HELP US OUT THE CAR WITH BAGS, CAR SEAT AND STROLLER LAST BUT NOT LEAST ASKED ME TO REFER HIM FOR MY RETURN HOME. Not up to your standards

The same driver picked us up on 5/13 to ORD, and 5/16 return. The Limo was not clean, floor carpets dirty, windshield interior, car exterior, and it did not smell nice inside as so many rides I have taken in the past. I will be sure to request someone else's car next time.

GREAT JOB

Emeka was my driver. Car was very clean! Great conversation the whole car ride. He showed up early, and was very respectful and did an outstanding job. Will continue to ACL in the future. EMEKA was great!

Abel was my driver and he was fantastic. I liked that there was a text that he was on his way and a link with a map that showed him in route. In addition, I was received a text when he arrived. Abel was on time, friendly, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The car was comfortable and clean. I will definitely use again. Thank you

Consistently good service

I travel to Illinois 2-3 times a year over the past five years and every time i use American coach limousine service. Always on time, always respectful drivers, always nice cars. Even though is never the same driver but always a good experience. That tells me this company is good at selecting their drivers. I highly recommend this service .

Consistently good service

I travel to Illinois 2-3 times a year over the past five years and every time i use American coach limousine service. Always on time, always respectful drivers, always nice cars.
