I got the vivid black bagger boss kit My order was spot on delivered within the time frame described it was packaged vary well everything was in good condition and better than expected fit and finish was perfect.

Shipping was slower than I was told it would be but all things considered I'm pleased with the product so it was worth the wait.

Bars are well made but was not informed that the sliders were coming from China! Still have not received the sliders!

The shipping took about a week from when the order was placed till when it arrived. No big deal. Didn't have to use customer service for this order. They kept me updated during the process and status of the order via email.

Shipping took a little long, but to be expected when they build it as you order it and color match it and ship it. They did give me a time it would arrive and they were dead on with the time and day. I would definitely recommend this if someone’s wanting a tour pack don’t go through Harley unless you plan on paying an additional $1000 for the same quality
