OPEN BOX WHEN DELIVERED
Although I think your company makes good quality products, the fact that the box showed up open!! Missing spacer sliders as they call them. Originally I thought part of the order was missing but then after reaching out to them I was Informed that the part of order I thought was missing due to open box at delivery was in fact, on back order! FYI Maybe if you notified customers of a back order issue before they have to reach out to you with a issue. Upon reaching out, customer service did respond quickly. That's how I found out that part of order I thought was missing was not. That was good but bad too! As far as missing sliders I was told to check in the box, the same box that showed up open!! Really, that's brilliant. I do understand this can happen, they have no control over the shipper doing there job. So now I am waiting for missing/ back ordered part of order & don't have sliders that were missing from original order that did get delivered, OPEN BOX. Advanblack, got paid, but I'm still waiting & missing product. Bad way to start 1st time customer. FYI shipper was FED EX GROUND.
