Clothes for doll

We love the site and all of the super cute products. We had a hard time finding clothes for a Thumbelina doll until we found you.

I live in Pittsburgh Pa. ......... My granddaughter is one year old and lives in Portland Or.. We ordered the doll from your pictures after looking at many other dolls on Amazon,Overstocked and other Doll sites. When the Doll arrived (on time) my daughter called to asked why we ordered such a dark doll ..... Of course color doesn't matter, but in the pictures she sent us the doll looks three shades darker than what it appeared online! In some cases this could have been an issue ..... But our baby loves your baby.

I ordered our adora doll making my payment through PayPal. Almost immediately looked at my transactions online through the Citizen's Bank app (formally Charter One) The money looked like it had been swiftly removed from my account & sent to Adora, perfect! Two days later I received an email from Adora that my baby had shipped😊 Later that day I decide to check my balance (on the app once again) To my surprise all the money from my baby purchase was back in my account! Two days after that the money was gone once again and baby was at my doorstep. I looked deeply into this only to discover that many merchants will do like a temporary hold of funds as soon as you order to ensure that the money is actually available before any shipping arrangements are made. Once they see the money it's placed back into your account temporarily and then yank it back out a few days later. It was fine for me but, I could see how this might confuse many customers especially those that don't keep meticulous bank records. It would have been nice to know this is a possibility rather than wonder what happened Other than that the experience was fine.

I recently had a problem with the 13" baby doll that I purchased for my granddaughters fourth birthday. She loves her baby dolls but unfortunately this one began to have a problem when the fabric around both the neck and arm areas began to tear within six weeks. Fortunately i was able to chat with an extremely helpful employee on your website and she guided me thru the process required to resolve this issue. Within a week my sweet granddaughters baby doll was replaced and she was very happy.

Beautiful well made baby. My daughter loves her. Arrived ahead of schedule, well packed, and in great condition. Worth the extra cost.
