My granddaughter loves the doll, however customer service is very disappointing. We have an issue with the doll and because it was a gift they won't do anything about the issue. It's very hard to get a response via email and harder talking with a representative.

Very good carrier, fit my 15 inch doll, it will fit 18 and 20 inch dolls nicely. Took a while to ship and arrive. I like the quality of it, and is not heavy at all, recommended.
