Superb customer service. My coat lost a popper and I was offered a replacement! I’d love to see Wrap investing in a repair service, as the clothes’ quality is so good, and it would be a great sustainable fashion statement to offer it :)

Really pleased with these, great quality and so comfortable. Delivery service and returns very efficient - I don't return or exchange items regularly but I exchanged for a smaller size and the service was super fast. The garment sizing guide is really useful as garments vary with design.

Next day delivery was posted pretty late and Royal Mail didn’t deliver for two days. But they refunded my costs for that and were super quick. Good service, very easy to send pack and items and packaging is great.

Shipping and wrapping alway perfect- garments not always up to the usual standard. Style is usually lovely but that has to be followed by quality!!

The Wrap team were so patient and reall helpful when for some reason my PayPal account wouldn’t work with my new payment card. After several attempts I paid directly instead. This happened just before Christmas and they still managed to get the trousers to me next day delivery which was very much appreciated.
