Quick delivery.

Great service. Shipping is on the pricey side, so I tend only to order when I have more than one thing I'm interested in. But like that returns are genuinely free as advertised.

Helpful and friendly staff. Not much in my size (16) which was disappointing but would be available on line.

Quick delivery and beautifully wrapped!

Always so impressed with deliveries and return service /refund . All much appreciated.

I'm always struck by the consistently high standard of WRAP clothes.

Very efficient and quick service from Wrap!

Communication is first class. Presentation of item on arrival is lovely. Returning an item is easy and efficient. Some may say the postage is expensive- it’s not, it’s very good value particularly as free returns are offered and the service is unbeatable.

Lovely fashionable and comfortable skirt. Fun to have black denim for a change

Although shipping isn’t free, should you wish to return, there is a prepaid label included.

As one of your older customers, I have some anxious moments when I order some of your more stylish garments. That applied to how I felt about this top. I loved it when I saw it in the magazine, so much so that I bought it. I am delighted to say that it is every bit as beautiful as I had hoped, and very wearable. The fabric is soft and light, and will add that little extra warmth that is needed mid- season. The quality of the materials and tailoring, are, as always, excellent and I love the little touches that make wrap clothing catch the eye Packaging , ease of returns and customer service are the best of any on-line company I have dealt with.
