I like the designs. Something different to the norm on offer these days. I like the ease of wear the designs appear to have and some unique & pretty features. The 2 dresses I have recently purchased are lovely but not without issues, particularly as a petite lady. I also did not benefit from a refund of the postage despite exchanging sizes. C'est la vie.

All the items I ordered were of a lovely quality. Delivery was quick and a refund processed too in good time. I will use this company again.

I purchased two of the same dress in two sizes. I returned one of the dresses as the other was a perfect fit. The return process was so easy via a quick visit to my local Post Office ( if I have to return anything this is my favourite process as it is so easy)

I am severely sight impaired and your telephone staff are always so patient and helpful. I initially ordered the wrong isize and the replacement and refund arrived very qyickly. I am VERY PLEASED with my cardigan and am so gratedul for being able to talk to a real person!

Wrap service is usually very good. I ordered on 17th June and received the package on 23rd June so longer than before
