Excellent delivery - at this time of year with Christmas looking in a couple of weeks I ordered next day delivery which arrived on time. The items were well packed and gorgeous. I am very pleased.

The shipping and service were excellent and I loved this blouse, the colour design and embroidery but had to send it back because the sleeves were too long for a size 6, I can only buy items from Wrap with three quarter length sleeves. I don’t have this trouble with other brands.

Xmas gift … I hope it quill be a perfect fit as the design is beautiful and the wool of excellent quality

Sadly I had to return the items I bought as all too big. Returning items is very easy. The customer service was spot on though, the refund was returned quickly.

I had to wait a few weeks as my boots weren’t in stock. I was kept well informed of when they would be delivered and they arrived on time. Nice packaging that’s easy to recycle and get in to.
