Shipping was the best ever. Items were safely boxed, wrapped and placed on a skid so that transportation couldn’t break anything

Beautiful wine rack. Very sturdy and just right for smaller spaces.

Good quality but took over a month to arrive, in spite of being "in stock". All of my previous orders were shipped promptly and arrived in a week or so.

I purchased wine racks to hold over 500 bottles of wine. Assembly was easy but both shipments didn't contain the correct number of screws promised in the directions. We had to buy them from a local hardware store to complete assembly. Not the end of the world but an inconvenience none the less. I noticed they used an inspector but the quality control seems to be less than what it should. Otherwise they look great and seem to be performing well!

Products are of such quality. Shipping on this item did take done time compared to the first we bought about one year ago but we were not in a hurry.

A month to ship- warehouse doesn’t seem to count to 12 correctly. There are procedures that can be put into place that would make have the correct amount of pegs and screws without counting errors. When it takes that long to arrive and is short on materials, management should authorize overnight delivery for remaining pegs. This is customer satisfaction 101

Item shipped without screws or dowel pins. Customer service very friendly and promptly mailed me the required parts. Still, I had to drill some 4 additional holes for the dowels myself. QC needs a little work.
