excellent shipping, missing item from the antenna but i texted them to let them know and wonderful customer service they sent me the missing part within 2 days of i texted them

The system works. I haven’t dropped a call since installing it. The system itself get full bars, but my phone only gets one sometimes two bar.

In my upgrade to an all Gs Weboost model from a 3G-4G, that served me very well at my fixed location since 2016, I learned that Federal Communications Commission, apparently as of February 2025, requires the device be registered directly with FCC. - Why my phone would no longer be allowed to register on any tower at any attempt to make a phone call or data usage in mid February . . . Wilson representative Emilio Bardales was very helful. Thank you

The antenna got here fast. People on the phone excellent. Problems would be . The location app did not work here. The antenna ( outside) is shaped and acts just like a sail. There is a lot of stress on the brackets. Not much boost . Only one bar upz

Had to hire someone to install it high on my roof. So that was costly but so far it's working :-)

As to shipping, that was awful. The package was sent out for delivery FOUR separate days in a row. It was returned each night for three nights after I waited all day. It finally shiwed up on the fourth day on outside furniture. The delivery person did not bother to let me know he had arrived.
