The service was very fast and efficient, I would definitely use them again. Actually I will have to because the product is already broken, I need to order another. It worked great for a couple of weeks, then it died.

Great service

Pre-order advice, order, shipping and delivery went fine. Install went fine. Still having trouble getting it to amplify the signal very well. Light on amp is usually red, only occasionally green. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. Will be contacting for tech help in a day or so.

This is a refurbished DriveX unit and I upgraded the antenna to the OTR one which does substantially better than the 3 inch one it came with, it was packaged very well. I had hooked it up for a camping trip in the mountains in Northern California. It works Great but You MUST have at least 2 bars for it to boost, Which it Does Well.

I went camping to Mammoth and I had no cell service. I actually want to return it back.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. I had between 1 and 2 bars in the house. We would have dropped calls from time to time. I purchased the Office 100 with a dome indoor antenna, indoor signal splitter. and directional outside antenna. I now have 4 bars in most of the house and 3 bars in other parts of the house. It is important to follow the instructions and suggestions provided on the website. I took my time temporarily positioning and trying out both the outside and inside antennas to see what yielded the best results before permanently installing the system. My wife is tired of me giving her a signal report update as I move around our home. I know the equipment may be a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it.

Always happy to work with we boost products but this time it really was lost in the mail. I had to cancel and order through Amazon which I hate doing, next time
