Their help was what I expected

The package arrived on time. I started with the website and wasn't sure which one I needed and a representative called and answered my questions. He told me what I needed to do once it arrived. The service was great.

Always great service and products. Wilson amplifiers is high quality business.

Customer Service was excellent. When I called I didn't know exactly what I was going to need for a solution. They were able to walk me through and get a good description of what I needed. Then they were able to explain why they were recommending the specific products.

So far so good. Can’t really complain as I think I have better service than I did with the other one with the 4” antenna.

I HAD PLACED (2) ORDERS FOR RG11 CABLES, AND HAD A BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS COMPANY, SO I WANTED TO CANCEL BOTH MY ORDERS - ORDER #361340 AND ORDER #361342. I HAVE THE EMAIL WHERE THEY SHOWED MY ORDER CANCELLATIONS FOR THE 2 ORDERS! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. THE SERVICE REP SAID HE SENT A TICKET TO GET THE ORDERS AND WHEN THE REFUND GETS SUBMITTED, THEY SHOULD SEND IT TO ME IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. THERE HASN’T BEEN ANY WORD. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. THE FACT THIS GUY HAS TO SEND HIS COWORKERS A TICKET TO ONLY *REQUEST* THAT A REFUND BE ISSUED TO ME IS RIDICULOUS! THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED ME ANYTHING, SO THERE IS NO REASON FOR THIS COMPANY TO BE HOLDING ONTO MY MONEY! THE THINK I AM DEFRAUDING THEM WHEN ACTUALLY IT IS THIS COMPANY WHO IS BORDERLINE DEFRAUDING ***ME***!!! NOW, I WOULD LIKE ALL MY MONEY FROM THE (2) ORDERS ABOVE MENTIONED THAT WERE CANCELLED, TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY CARD, OR EXPECT A CHARGEBACK!!!! AS IT IS, THR 2 CHARGES FOR THE (2) ORDERS HAVE JUST POSTED TO MY CARD!!!! IF THEY DO NOTHING, I AM FILING A CHARGEBACK!!!! IT TURNS OUT I AM NOT ALONE WITH FEELING DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Great Product , Great response , and great turn around

Product is OK. Works as intended. . . but I don't think it has the range inside my 2,500 square foot home that I had expected. It does an adequate job in about 3/4 of the house. . . but not in the rest. This model was touted as able to cover 7,500 square feet. However, I am glad I have it. . . as our wired internet service (Spectrum) is notoriously unreliable. Just today, as I write this, it was out for another 11 hours!

Excellent service and fast shipping. I had 1 or 2 bars of service on occasion. I could not use the cell phone inside the building at my farm. Similar to an all metal Morton building. We installed the antenna and pointed it in the direction of the closest cell phone tower using Opensignal app. I now have 5G 5 bars on my Samsung Android phone. My son and grandson use Apple brand phones and get 5G with 3 to 4 bars of signal strength. We now use our hotspot and have the best tv reception in the county! It is a little pricey but the equipment is first rate with all of the necessary hardware and cables. I have recommended this to all my friends that complain about poor cell phone reception. You can't go wrong wit this!

The entente could not be mounted on our house I have one on our adventure van and it works great
