Great Product , Great response , and great turn around

Product is OK. Works as intended. . . but I don't think it has the range inside my 2,500 square foot home that I had expected. It does an adequate job in about 3/4 of the house. . . but not in the rest. This model was touted as able to cover 7,500 square feet. However, I am glad I have it. . . as our wired internet service (Spectrum) is notoriously unreliable. Just today, as I write this, it was out for another 11 hours!

Excellent service and fast shipping. I had 1 or 2 bars of service on occasion. I could not use the cell phone inside the building at my farm. Similar to an all metal Morton building. We installed the antenna and pointed it in the direction of the closest cell phone tower using Opensignal app. I now have 5G 5 bars on my Samsung Android phone. My son and grandson use Apple brand phones and get 5G with 3 to 4 bars of signal strength. We now use our hotspot and have the best tv reception in the county! It is a little pricey but the equipment is first rate with all of the necessary hardware and cables. I have recommended this to all my friends that complain about poor cell phone reception. You can't go wrong wit this!

I purchased the WeBoost Cabin. It works really well on our remote island in Lake Superior. It was super straightforward to set up. I wish they offered the option of purchasing it without the well-engineered, ingenious pole they provide as we didn't need to use it as we attched it to the top of our flagpole. I'm sure it could sell for less if the pole wasn't included for those who don't need it. While it was backordered and I needed it sooner than they could ship it to me so they gave me the option of cancelling my order. I was able to purchase it elsewhere in time (but it was still the Wilson product). Unfortunately, they didn't cancel my order so it arrived while I was out of town and my credit card was charged. The process of getting my card refunded was a bit arduous but they were very responsive every time I emailed them. It just took a long time for some reason. I was very fortunate to be dealing with the same rep each time I emailed and they were always courteous and prompt. I give an A+ to the customer service!!

Installation was straight forward and direct. Worked as advertised and expected.

Ordered a refurbished Overland, paid $62. 00 for overnight shipping. And $550. 00 for unit. They immediately debted my bank account for payment. 10 days later, still have not received any information, contact, nor product, despite leaving 2 messages via customer support. So far very dissatisfied and am wondering if this is a scam.

decent item, but better mounting options. . either offer multiple antenna, or multiple pads ,parts for customers with multiple vehicles.

I first bought the vehicle booster in 2024, low to poor boost function. I since bought the high yield antena. Doing trials to see what the booster will do, no noticable change. I contacted customer service on two ocassions trying to learn and investigate the lack of performance. I got a "chat" to tell wish me luck and no other advice. I have invested significant money to get the booster to work as promised I need an onsight techincian to help, your thoughts will be appreciated. Frustrated in Maine

Does not seam to increase cell phone signal enough to know that it is even working, some what disappointing

So far I'm only getting a fair signal boost, enough to make it worthy I guess. One thing I've noticed that concerns me is the coax fitting connection to the gets VERY HOT. It's too hot to touch actually and I'm concerned it may catch something on fire or burn up the booster itself.

I received an amplifier in good condition, then I received a second one. We arranged to return the second one. I have had some challenges actually getting a stronger signal with the amplifier. Still working on that.
