Slow shipping and signature required delivery. As there was no communication of a signature required deliver the package was returned to sender. A month later I was finally refunded only after reaching out to customer service. There are other options available without delivery issues.

I had lots of questions, and all were answered very well.

I ordered a factory refurbished cell booster from Wilson. The unit I received was defective. It took numerous calls and notes to get an RMA and return label. I do not recommend.

I bought a new DC/AC power supply and it failed after a couple of weeks. The Wilson dealer in Houston replaced it promptly at no charge. Customer service was helpful and was based in the US.

Can't tell a difference inside

I just got the one person kit and honestly I can't tell if it makes any difference. It's a fine phone charger, but the dead spots don't seem any fewer. And the weak spots don't seem any stronger. Giving it another few days before I return.

My old WeBoost amplifier died after eight years. I ordered the Refurbished 470144R amplifier. Very happy with its performance. I'm now getting the strongest signal that I have ever had. Previously I was getting an average of three bars that bounced all over the place. Now I'm getting five solid bars as well as 5G. I never knew that 5G existed out here in the boonies.

Works well

Equipment we had prior lasted years. Only reason we replaced was to upgrade the outdoor antenna and add an extra indoor antenna My dad lives out in the sticks. Without one of these they have 0 signal and I would worry about him.

I turned out, not needing what I bought from them. They made the return very easy.

The signal amplifier worked as advertised.
