Over 20 years the service has always been perfect.

Perfect. The process from looking on the website, ordering what I wanted, prompt replies and despatch through the delivery process and advice was excellent. I love the personal note included in the package. Willow Shoes is now my go to site to find shoes and boots. I can happily recommend them as a company to deal with.

These are the coolest sneakers - and they match so much in my wardrobe. I love the sparkle - elevates them from just being a sneaker to being a statement piece.

Always happy purchasing from Willow. Shoes came quickly and good comms. Would recommend, A+ retailer

Good size, comfortable material. Wash well and look great. Very happy with the purchase. Fit orthotics easily.

Excellent service thankyou. I really appreciate that held these shoes aside until I returned my first (very narrow) pair Katherine

Fast shipping

Awesome

Great

Was only window shopping that day, had absolutely no intention of buying them, came away with a couple of pairs - the staff are that good!

Shipping was okay.

always fantastic service

I was away in Australia when shoes arrived unfortunately they needed a signature so there was a slight delay whilst I authorised my neighbour to accept them. Not really ideal they were meant to be delivered before I left so I don't know what happened to NZ Post!!??

Easy fast and exactly what I wanted

Arrived promptly, colour is true to what is on website these are soo confortable look gr8 and go with so many colouways - Very Happy

Thankyou for shipping my order so promptly. The boots were exactly as you described. As I have developed diabetes I need the extra width and length that my beautiful 43AAA boots (bought from you some years ago) can’t now give me. However I need the foam inner soles for the perfect fit! N.K.

Easy to use website - great communication and shipping

Ive been shopping at Willow for a number of years now and their product and service never disappoints

Willow Shoes are a great company to deal with Great and prompt communication- fast and efficient shipping!

Shipping was prompt, email tracking informative and it’s veryeasy to shop on line with willow. Hamilton was my store of choice but with that closed I went to Auckland store and was totally disappointed with the girl behind the counter who was in helpful and didn’t move from the counter.
