I was away in Australia when shoes arrived unfortunately they needed a signature so there was a slight delay whilst I authorised my neighbour to accept them. Not really ideal they were meant to be delivered before I left so I don't know what happened to NZ Post!!??

Shipping was prompt, email tracking informative and it’s veryeasy to shop on line with willow. Hamilton was my store of choice but with that closed I went to Auckland store and was totally disappointed with the girl behind the counter who was in helpful and didn’t move from the counter.
