I love Willow Shoes. I would not have any shoes without them. The staff are helpful when I have any questions. Being in Australia most of my purchases are online but I can ring for help and the deliver is super quick, usually arriving within a week.

Love Willow Shoes! I was lucky enough to get some fabulous and comfy shoes in their last pair sale. Their customer service is excellent. My purchase was packed with care and a lovely card, and promptly posted to Australia. Thank you!

Excellent service from the instore rep, but I didn’t get her name! She was so helpful and usually I’m embarrassed to try on shoes instore but she made me feel so comfortable I bought the knee high boots straight away! Go instore if you can, sooo many shoes to choose from. :)

Grea service arrived to a rural address the next day

Flawless

I love my new pink shoes as they are a fabulous addition to my growing collection, thank you to everyone at Willow, you’ve made my day once more.

Always a pleasure shopping with Willow. Super speedy deliveries not to mention free shipping. My favourite shoe shop by far!!

Thanks for service with excellence

My shoes are gorgeous and arrived very-quickly !

I am very happy with my purchase of Tierney burgandy boots. I was worried about the fit around my calves but they fitted easily. The colour is great and goes well with my winter colours.

I love the style, colours and quality of the shoes. From the photos, I thought they would be narrow for my feet, but they’re not. They’re also a little longer than expected, but then I did try them on when my feet were cold and I was wearing thin anklet hose. I expect that they will be good for warmer days when my feet swell quite a lot.

Fantastic efficient processing of my order - received 2 prs shoes to Nth Island 3days after ordering. Thank you.

The most comfortable boots I have ever owned! So I suggest you buy them before they sell out again

Extremely excellent customer service thank you!

As mentioned it looks nice but has a manufacturing issue with the inner seam
