amazing. just so simple as that. everything i've ordered has been great, shipping is normally fast. Would i love maybe shorter pants (im only 5'2) but i love it! I just had an issue with a shirt that i had ordered, and they replaced it and were just so helpful! I would suggest ordering from them over and over again! the bundles are amazing!

The fact that none of my concerns were ever answered in an email I sent and I was charged an extra $12 for expedited shipping with a guaranteed date and then told the extra $12 went to employees to prioritize it and it was never prioritized and no one offering to make it right is mind blowing. Ive ordered here 6-7 times look at my address. Shocked at the treatment I received and the lack of follow up.

The pants are to small I order a xl and the waist is tight but thank you they r cute .

I ordered 2 4th of July t shirts in my July subscription box and unfortunately had terrible luck with both of them. They both faded after one use and wash (followed washing directions on each) and the white shirt I ordered, it not only faded but a huge yellow discoloration appeared on the shirt. I sent 2 emails to Willow Boutique asking about the issue and if ALL the 4th of July shirts had a problem. I received one response asking if I wanted a replacement shirt but if they're all going to fade and have an issue, I don't want another one. I followed up asking that question and I sent photos of the damaged shirts. And now, the holiday is over and I didn't get to wear either of them for the holiday. I LOVE Willow Boutique and have received their subscription boxes since last October and I have never had an issue with any of their clothes. I'm not sure if the t-shirts were just cheaply made or what the issue was. I'm still waiting to hear back from them on a resolution to make this right. I know the girls are fantastic so I have no doubt this will get handled-- I just wish the 4th of July shirts I ordered worked out and I would have been able to wear them for the holiday.

When I first started ordering the sizing and clothing were great and shipping was decent. Now the sizing is way off and I pay for express shipping and it doesn’t ship for a week and when I ask for my money back I get no response. I had to return my last order because of sizing and now I’m stuck with store credit. So one last order and I’m done with you guys!

Package still says it is waiting to be sent out as of June 4. No delivery updates in SHOP and nothing was delivered. Order number 435703. Subscription was paid on 5/31

Everything i have purchased I have really enjoyed. Only thing is the length in my jeans, although that cannot be helped I am short. Lol Everything has been wonderful!

I received I am item that wasn't what I ordered. When I attempted to return it and receive what I HAD ordered, I never received a return label or any other information. I wasted over $65+ dollar on clothes I can't wear. Will not order again or advise others to do so.
