Shipping is typically pretty fast! I had a hat get lost by UPS once and Willow was so nice about it and they replaced it no problem!

So I’ll add it again. 🤗 Read the return policy before purchasing from this “business” because you’ll never receive a dime back if you want to return something. I’ve never in my life heard of a company giving ONLY store credit for returns unless you’re returning without a receipt which I wasn’t. You’ll also have to pay FOR YOUR OWN RETURN SHIPPING. No it won’t come out of the money from what you’re returning either. Seems a little scammy to me. Now I have to spend $150 on merchandise I DON’T WANT because they won’t give me my money back. I guess I learned that you have to read the return policy before purchasing from any new company. That’s what I get for trying to get out of my normal comfort zone. Never again.

I would have rather had a refund rather than a credit because your brand runs small and I don’t think I will find anything that will fit a taller fuller frame.
