I had a wonderful experience at Willow Boutique. The facility is clean. Everything smelled so good and the young lady assigned to me took good care of my hair! It was very relaxing!! It is a different kind of experience. I will come back for another visit! Highly recommend.

The Fiona jeans stretch SO WELL. I ordered A large and when i held it up, i thought, there was no way they’d fit me. They looked like an XL!! They fit me BEAUTIFULLY. And their customer service is so quick to respond and SO SWEET💚 i needed A medium shirt instead of a large for the surprise shirt bundle and they made it happen! Will absolutely be a return customer!

The best company with the best clothing and customer service! I had a hat get lost in transit and even though I forgot to pay for shipping protection they sent out another because I’m a loyal customer. Just awesome. Customer for life!

Careful with ordering. If you need to return you won't actually get your money back, only store credit or gift card. .

I emailed twice asking to cancel my order. If there was a cancellation option on the website that would be ideal.
