Customer service was great. I ordered a mystery box and the one item in there was a little on the long side for height and I reached out and they sent me something else and was still able to keep the other item. They were fast and efficent with sending the new item. Customer Service is a 5+. Order, it was fine, just each thing seemed different from the app to the website to the tik tok shop. They clothing is really pretty but prices vary depending on what source you get on and the day. Also think the prices are a little on the high side but again the clothing is very nice.
