Hello I had sent an email letting you know that four tubers of my order were broken and very dried up from the holland company you get them from. They have not grown. I was asking for a refund but never heard back. . I found this in junk mail. But no other correspondence. Please reply. L Nixon

Potatoes, shallots and onions are doing very well in SW Ontario. All seeds look fantastic.

I hated giving only three starts because everything was wonderful but the wave petunia seeds which were a total waste of money.

Both clematis plants I ordered came at good planting time for prairies. Both plants are presently growing. I hope they survive the winter.

Very efficient and the seeds are top quality

The bare roots received in good condition and the plants have been growing well overall. Earth angel had needed a spray because of continuous rain, Eustasia Vye has 2” flowers than 3-4” described in catalogue, Olivia has been performing the best, except for the shape of flowers deviates slightly from the image.

The rose I ordered came as expected and has done well since planted. I would give 5 stars for the product. However, I hadn't had any notification in April that the rose had arrived and was ready for pick up. After two phone messages were left with no reply, I emailed the company. I received a reply that the rose bush was ready for pick up and had been there for over a month. They said I had been emailed but I never received any communication. I know they are busy with orders but a policy of a follow up phone call or email if the product has not been picked up would have been appreciated. In the end I received my rose but it was quite frustrating at the time.
