Great service. Arrived within expected time, and when I had trouble locating it (eventually found it inside my mailbox, where I should have looked first, but didn’t imagine it would fit), the representative was quite concerned and kept checking back to see if I’d found it. Even after the 3 days it took me to stumble onto it, my plant was perfectly healthy and put out new growth as soon as I got into soil, so all good news.

I was happy with the timing of delivery and service. However 2/3 of my roses did not live. Such sadness as I envisioned more life in my garden

The staff is always incredible, but the plants can vary in quality from outstanding to being a bit weak (or in one case dead) upon arrival. This doesn't seem to be a transit issue because I live within 2hr of the store. I think just an extra once over of the plants before sending them off by the staff could help elevate this issue.
