I have been impressed with the quality of tools. But returned an item and am still waiting for an update on my returned item after 2 weeks. After two separate emails I still have not heard back from the company and am now out the money I spent on the tool, and the tool itself without any communication from WiHa - this experience will make me think twice about buying something directly through them rather than a 3rd party (Acme, Home Depot, or Amazon).
