Customer service on the back end was fine Company service on the front end was pathetic It took roughly 2 months to fulfill the order On the one hand Wiha got a sale out of it On the other hand, if I had been informed, it would take so long to fulfill the order I would’ve ordered a similar set from another manufacturer Luckily, for me getting this new driver set wasn’t critical, but I know with some tools or for some people getting a tool quickly is imperative The lack of disclosure by Wiha on how long it would take to actually fulfill the order does not make me want to order more tools from you As FYI, this is not my first order with Wiha Maybe you should think about trying to emulate KC tool customer service
