The second part of this review is the same as my review for Classic Grip End Cutting Nippers 8. 0" Specific to this tool, the push button action is not smooth and reliable, it usually requires jiggling the handles before the button will move. The pivot has some free play when the jaws are closed, but tightens as they're opened. The cutting surfaces have a small amount of cross-bite, and light is visible between them near the pivot. All of those are minor issues, but the quality is not what I expected. I thought I was buying a German tool. The country of origin was not stated in the description, so it was a surprise that it was made in Vietnam. My preference is to pay more for high quality tools from countries that have strong democracies and human rights laws. This would have been a good deal for a German-made tool, but is less so considering its origin (was it made by child labor - who knows?) The tool DOES appear to be well made, but the plastic grips stink in the characteristic cheap-plastic-from-developing-country way, the objectionable odor serving as a reminder: Not Made in Germany.

Good quality tools and quick shipping

The products are great! Customer service and order processing needs improvement. I placed my original order on July 8th at 8:45pm. The next morning I received a "20% off for one day only" promo text. Obviously I wanted to take advantage of the promo, but there was no way for me to cancel my original order online. Less than 24 hours later, I ended up placing a new order (for the same thing) and sent a cancellation request email to cservice@wihatools.com (per the instructions). I ended up receiving both orders and didn't get a response for over a week! (July 17th) On July 17th they asked me which order I wanted to return. I responded on the 18th. . . On July 22nd I was informed I had to pay for return shipping because they did not process my cancellation in time. I didn't have the time or patience to argue, so I spent the $11 to return the duplicate order. Thankfully it was just bits, so it didn't cost a lot more to ship. Summary: Buy Wiha products, but avoid ordering from wihatools. com if you can.

Very satisfied with the quality of tools and the organization of the foam tray kits I bought. Service was excellent. I'll be needing to by more in the future.
